I took out a 24 Month contract that includes a free iPhone 5 on Tuesday the 22nd of October via their web store, that had an estimated delivery day of Thursday the 24th of October. I received a phone call from Customer Services on Wednesday the 23rd of October confirming that it would be delivered on the estimated delivery day, then while having a chat with Three Support on Thursday the 24th of October via twitter was told that it'd not been sent out & I'd get an email saying that it's been sent out, I then received a phone call off of Customer Services saying that it it'll come today Friday the 25th of October, I'm not holding my breath about it arriving on the day Customer Services have said it'll come as I've not received an email saying it's been sent out yet.
The wife and I ordered the NEW DIMPLEX CHERITON FREE STANDING 2KW ELECTRIC FIRE WITH OPTIFLAME EFFECT for my mum via ebay, Delivery was supposed to be between Monday 7th & Tuesday 8th of October. The wife phoned customer services yesterday and was told it would be delivered yesterday pm which did not happen, she then phoned this morning and was told it would be delivered by 6pm today which hasn't happened. The fire finally turned up on the 10th of October and was told that we would get a £10.00 refund as an appology for it arriving late if I changed the review to a good one, which I did and still not got a refund and it's the 15th of October. I've ended up sending an invoice through PayPal requesting the £10 refund as I never got the refund after requesting that they pay it back into my my PayPal Account by 9am this morning which never happened. I've even sent a PayPal Payment Request just to make sure that they get the idea . A total joke of a company with incredibly poor customer service. Avoid at all costs as they can't even keep promises that they make.
