Customer service is great, but would be excellent if a telephone number was provided instead of having to use eNotes, though that form of communication is effective and response times are good.
Availability of Stock is second to none and price and delivery is more than reasonable.
The only thing that lets them down is the Yodel delivery in MY area. Most delivery drivers are efficient and prompt, "some" (1 so far) driver(s) are lax in their attitudes to customer service AND actual delivery.
A review on the complaints procedure and response from Customer Service will be following, when the issue is addressed fully. A chance for eBuyer to redeem their reputation with myself!
