Terrrible service

I received a call a few days after placing my order to say that what I had bought wasn't in stock although the website stated they were when I placed the order. I was promised they would be dispatched the following Tuesday however this did not happen and I didn't receive the order until over a week later they was meant to arrive. In the meantime I got in touch via email to ask where my order was, I had no response at all. I then emailed to give full details of where I had now found what I ordered much much cheaper and stated the price promise guarantee that is promised on the website. Again I was completely ignored and no response and the full price had been taken from my bank account. I would never shop here again.

Thank your for your review.

I have been trying to get though to you regarding the query against your order and also your review, I have tried to contact you on the mobile number provided but have been unable to get through to you as I think this may be an incorrect contact number.

The Greta Boots from your order were sold out for 2 weeks when you placed your order and so my customer service manager Paul phoned you the very next day after you placed your order to advise you of this delay to see if you wanted to keep your order on back order with ourselves. I'm assuming there must have been some crossed wires as from your review and the email we have now sourced you explain that you were expecting to receive the boots the following week after you placed your order. The delivery of your whole order was actually made on Tuesday 1st October which is well within the 2 weeks which we first advised you of when you placed your order and so I'm sorry for any confusion which was caused by the delay we initially advised you of.

We would never purposely ignore or not respond to an email - We can see an email was sent from yourself on FRIDAY(27/09) and it was sent through to my email account (We evenly distribute the sales/enquiries emails amongst the customer service team) but it hasn't made its way into my email account which can only be down to a system error and so this is why you did not receive an email response from ourselves - We can only sincerely apologise for this.

I have scrolled through all of our email inbox's closely but we definitely do not have any second email from yourself regarding full details of where you had found what you had ordered with ourselves much cheaper and so this is why this email wasn't responded too.

Where did you send the second email through to? If you could reply to confirm where you sent the email through to and also re-send the second email regarding the price match it would be much appreciated as we are very rarely beaten on price and consider ourselves to be extremely competitively priced.
