I got a first class samsung oven and ceramic hob at a delivery free price unequalled anywhere on the net. Friendly driver phoned an hour ahead and let me intercept him and take delivery at a place to suit me (suited him as well!). Very very good all round! Usually delivery is quoted as 28 days with massive surcharge - but these guys had it up to me in a week. I live in the far North of Scotland - Great!
I have already posted on this company. The bed they sent went to 2 destinations. They agreed to pick the bed up, but did not, they sent bits of the bed, which was accepted in good faith but had parts missing. So then they were asked for a fixing kit to put the bed together with and the slat fixing system. Simple enough? NOT for this company. They sent the fixing kit. We are still waiting for the slat fixing system. We have requested the slat fixing system since then and we are still waiting for it after a month!! This is impossible service for a company which prides itself on fast secure delivery.......
Dont use them. They say it is just a blip.
Well, I rent out a flat and tenants can give you a lot of grief in 30 days. If it were my bed I would be chasing the "customer help" manager down the street.
If they are that good why has their rating slipped to 7.7 out of 10? Plenty more like me.

Mattressman sells good mattresses - they should stick to selling them unless they can find reliable partners.
It is NOT my responsibility to chase them. It is THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to give the service they claim they do!
I am still waiting for completion of a bed and matress delivery. They make promises and do not keep them. After much mucking around they promised to uplift the bed frame - I can purchase one locally for much the same price, but they delivered another instalment of the bed - Now I am waiting for the third delivery on the bolts and fixing system for the slats. And over a week later. Really not good enough. Customer Service are really quite bald about not making any offer of compensation - because their pirces are SO good - but their service is appalling when it goes wrong - just dont seem to understand that the customer actually paid them money and is angry with them. They'd make great Parents if your name is Attila the Hun - the palm off is expert.
Looking over their recent history they would give serious concern on Ebay. It is time the took Customer Service seriously to save their own business
