Just what I ordered, no fuss, arrived quickly
I was looking for some black Niger seed for the goldfinches and found it at a reasonable price on Pet Supermarket, and with no delivery charge even though the order was quite small. It arrived in good condition very quickly, and I shall certainly use them again

Damaged goods instantly replaced
I ordered a paper trimmer from The-Warehouse-Online.com but when I unpacked it the plastic cutter housing was cracked. As soon as I contacted them they sent another by courier, and the same courier picked up the damaged one. With minimum inconvenience to me they had replaced it within a day, and with many apologies for the inconvenience. I call that good service, and would certainly use them again.
