Gear Zone

a company with standards!

Sent a different item to the one i ordered. And the size chart is way off (under armour). Delivery service needs improving . 2 stars! (previous review)
Since writing that review gear-zone have checked and promised to change the display photo on the "different item sent" issue, and as for the size troubles i guess that's the manufacturers fault, not gear-zones. They also offered me 10% off my next order and seemed to honestly care. Feel very happy with the service and will recommend . The delivery was ok (within 48hrs) but alot of delivery companies now give you a time slot of 1 hour.

Ah, the time-slot option for delivery would definitely be an improvement I agree! Currently it's not a service our current couriers offer us but we do review their performance for when contracts are due for renewal etc., so if they begin to/we switch to a carrier that can, we'll look to add it to our delivery options.

I'm so sorry that we didn't meet expectations with your order; of course one of the key reasons we ask for feedback is so we know where to improve so we can try and be the best.

I've asked our warehouse team to have a look at the product which you were unhappy with and it does appear to differ from the website image in terms of colour and pocket layout. I can only offer my sincerest apologies that our picture was out of date and I shall update it with a new one as soon as possible. I have of course, removed it from the site in the interim.

The size chart on that product page is actually taken straight from Under Armour themselves and I've checked to make sure it hasn't changed. Currently the sizes we quote on the page are still correct according to the manufacturer but I'll measure the garment myself and provide a 'real fit' comparison.

I have to admit, I checked the delivery and it appears that the item was received less than 2 days after the order was placed, so I hope you don't mind, but I've sent you an email to find out which aspect of our delivery service wasn't up to par because we're always looking to improve.

Once again, we're really sorry we couldn't have done better for you but we hope you liked the part of your order which didn't have an issue.

Very happy!

Great service, very quick and at a good price. Loved the delivery service, got a email with dispatch date, then another to confirm had been dispatched, plus they give you a delivery time window of just 1 hour!!!! (and it turned up on time) no more wasting all/half a day waiting around, why can't all things in life be so easy. Would highly recommed 5*
