DISGRACEFUL COMPANY

ITEMS WERE RETURNED TO MY GRANDDAUGHTERS ACCOUNT IN FEBUARY OF THIS YEAR. MISSGUIDED ACKNOWLEDGED RECIEPT OF THESE ITEMS. THE ITEMS WERE RETURNED, WITH CLEAR PROOF AND YET THEY STILL ARE DEMANDING FURTHER DETAILS ON THE ITEMS. AFTER NUMEROUS EMAILS, MY MONEY HAS YET TO BE RETURNED. IS THIS A RECORD AS IT IS NOW 8 WHOLE MONTHS AGO!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'M NOW PLACING THE MATTER INTO THE HANDS OF THE CREDIT CARD'S FRAUD DEPARTMENT BECAUSE THIS IS A JOKE AND I REFUSE TO TOLERATE THIS UNACCEPTABLE AND DISGRACEFUL BEHAVIOUR FROM YOURSELVES.
