1st class product and support
TSO Host provided first class support when moving over my company's website from another host. Unlike many companies, the person on the other end of the phone/email/ticket does actually know what they are doing and are able to fix things.
Now everything just works.
The clustered hosting package gives you most of the benefits of a dedicated solution but with none of the drawbacks.

One of the few places to have stock of a brand new model.
Paid for next day delivery and it arrived within the one hour time slot.
Only niggle is the extra charge to use a credit card, but this is made clear upfront.
