the worst online store to date

i ordered a playsuit on the super saver delivery which says 5 working days, two days after i ordered it and the money came out of my account it still hadn't been dispatched. i emailed customer services who replied with a generic email response of you order is being processed. eventually they posted it, when it came it was massive far bigger than there size guide suggested so i had to return it, conveniently all ways to return costs. 3 days after returning it i got an email to say they would refund my money less deliver charges as they didn't have what i wanted in stock. I've checked online and they do have the size 10 that i needed. they clearly just didnt want to send it again without me paying more delivery charges.

so far ive had to email 6 times i have no playsuit for the end of the month and ive been charged £5.95 delivery total for nothing at all.

and the only response i get from there complaints department is they will give me 10% off my next order.......why would i possibly order from them again until they sort this order.

and richard my complaint reference is 102979232, so you dont have to copy and paste your replies for every other complaint on here.
