I love their cards, but their customer service is TERRIBLE. I have e-mailed three times with no response to fix my order - this after it was screwed up the last time and took me a week to get it fixed. The guy just went off-line for the week-end in the middle of a conversation and didn't even tell me.
I can't get my order fixed and there is no phone number now that email is failing me. There is also no way to get a proof, your files look great on the screen but can have all sorts of flaws when printed even though their software tells you they accept your files.
