We went on-line and originally ordered a birthday hamper for father-in-law in the UK from another company. It needed to be delivered in just 2 days. The next morning we received an email from that company saying that our hamper would not deliver until mid-December. This was an OMG moment.
We contacted Serenati on-line and ordered a hamper for a next day delivery into rural East Yorkshire. Serenati came thru for us. It was delivered on time and my father-in-law was thrilled with the contents.
