incredibly bad communication

I have ordered my bathroom suite on 28th sept and it is now Oct 12th. It STILL has not arrived...even though my credit card was debited immediatly after purchase. The company do not call me at all to say the bathroom suite has been delayed. I am constantly ringing but usually no one picks up my calls. I have taken a week off work to wait in my home for the suite...it did not arrive. I was then promised it would arrive on 11th Oct and was sent an email showing it would be delivered. I took ANOTHER day off work (on both occasions having to arrange child care for my 18 month old daughter) and it STILL did not arrive.How long will I have to wait? I'm beginning to think that this company are taking advantage of single parents such as myself. Incredibly disappointed so far. I await my delivery or full refund. Customer service is shockingly bad.
