Worst Customer Services!!

Do not order online they are the worst site EVER!!
I do the majority of my shopping online and I have never had this issue, however I have never had any item missing.
The service is appalling!!
Recently was the second time I ordered online with this company. Came quicker than the previous experience, however missing an item.
I called imediately to inform them of an item missing and was pretty much told that they check orders throughly before sending and that it was definitely packed. Obviously not as the item was not there!!
Still not resolved I have discussed this issue with there so called customer services but they state that they can't do anything about this and I've to contact my card to claim from them?!?!?! what!! idiots!! As a result still missing item that I have paid for and no one to help.
