I'm trying to get an answer regarding faulty porcelain that I've received for 2 weeks already but with no response. If you won't fix the issue you'll get very BIG NEGATIVE and it won't be on the site owned by yourself.
After negative review I've been contacted quickly and problem has been resolved.
It was related to the fact that simply replying to their emails sends them to the black hole called 'noreply' account. I'd advise you to improve that - either by changing this address to customer service or adding clear feedback from your mail server that email has not been delivered.
Overall - positive but yes, with some friction.
