Everything was brilliant. The website was easy to navigate, I received three or four updates, which was handy!
Only one substitute, driver was extremely friendly and polite.

Such a handy service

While I find it good to read and leave reviews about poor service from a company, and look for alternatives, I also love writing up a good review when I have had a great level of service from a company!

I wish more companies knew about TP as I have reviewed quite a few that haven't claimed any ownership.

Well worth £10 a month!!

When people say that I am crazy for paying for the Premium Spotify service, I ask them how many songs they've downloaded in the past month.
While some say they download illegally (naughty), others will say ten or twelve. At around £1 per song, you have already paid the £10 that could be spent on Spotfiy. And you would get access to 16 million songs, not one lousy album.

Always brilliant!

I've got my 10th Graze box coming next week - the past nine have all arrived on the selected date, nicely packaged, and a brilliant selection of snacks.
And in my last box, they gave me four Graze vouchers to give to friends :) Have already got a bunch of friends to start getting them, we love it!!

Good offers, poor quality.

Pizza Hut have some good offers online - most recently the 50% off the total bill. They also deliver within 30 minutes of the order being placed. That is, however, where the positives end. The actually quality of the food, from their cardboard pizzas to the plastic-tasting potato skins, is very poor.

If you want a better tasting pizza, head to Dominos.

Delivery is always early, never had any items missing, it's always hot and tastes so yummy! Nothing better than dipping a cheese stuffed crust into the garlic and herb dip!
The food can be a bit expensive, but if you are going to complain about it, then don't buy from there! You pay for good quality :)

Just Eat

Good service, can't really complain!

I've ordered a few times from JustEat (when a say a few, I'm a student with an appetite for take out food!). While there are a few restaurants that turn up a bit later than expected and miss items off, I tend to go for the ones with the best reviews on the JustEat website, and they all seem to be pretty good!

Thank you JustEat for making it so much easier to order food!

Fast delivery, good customer service

Very pleased. The whole shopping experience was very easy. Prompt delivery - I was out at the time, so it was left with a neighbour. Packaged very well and secure. And my Midsummer's Night jar candle smells lovely!

Unprofessional, rude and late.

I had ordered a few items of clothing from the USC website. I received an email stating the items had left USC on the 19th September. On 23rd September, Yodel emailed me stating they would deliver my items within two working days. After using their website to track the parcel, it stated it would be delivered on 24th. I waited in all day on 24th, and no parcel.
After checking on their website, it said the parcel had been delayed - no reason for this, no expected delivery date.
I used the website's online chat facility where the customer service person gave me the courier's mobile number, and told me to call him. She also stated that he had not attempted to make delivery on the 24th, won't do it on 25th, and "hopefully" he will do it on 26th...
I called the courier on the morning of the 26th, again waiting around for the parcel to be delivered. He said he was on his way.
When he finally arrived, he was rude and unapologetic. He gave me the parcel and asked me to sign for it. I took the parcel and asked if he was even going to apologise for not bothering to deliver my parcel, to which he refused, walked off, and signed the delivery note himself in my name!!
I wrote to Yodel on their customer feedback, to which I have had no response.

I will now avoid Yodel and, unfortunately, USC, as long as they use Yodel for their courier service. What a shame.
