Worth What You Pay

The great advantage of e.l.f is obviously the prices. You can get incredibly cheap products. Though the downside is some products look wonderful on the site but don't always live up to their standards. Some products aren't that pigmented such as lipglosses, lipsticks and blushes. Their nail varnishes are very good though and also their make up brushes. Their packaging is also very good. Over all if you remember what your paying and don't expect a mac quality product for under £5 then you will be pleasantly surprises. Just trial and error to find what products work for you.

Amazing Products But A High Price

I love that the products are cruelty free. They are also very good products. Also for foundations you can get a personal colour match. I have so far bought lipsticks, eye shadows, foundations and blushes. I love their blushes as they are highly pigmented and long lasting. Although some products don't have a wide range of colours. The foundations feel lightweight and look natural. Delivery was on time and adequately packaged. The only down side is the CRAZY prices. For me it's a nice treat for a few items but I'm not converted.

Im Very Happy Overall

The hand made items and hand written address on the packing made me feel an appreciated customer. The products are beautiful and cheap. Though one of items was glued and broke very quickly, so it was short lived. But it was cheap and I got a lot of compliments on such a unique piece. Also delivery was quick.

Poor excuse for a delivery company

They were late, unhelpful and hard to make a complaint. After making a complaint I've received no reply. Their staff were unhelpful. My package took ages to arrive and when it did arrive it was battered. I will order from any company that uses them again. They will charge you for anything they can. They also don't let you know when they will be delivering until a few hours before hand.
