my order did not come

I have used this company for many years this is the first time it went wrong I placed my order and paid by PayPal i was sent a confirmation of my order we went away for 10 days when we got back the order had not come. The company said they had a problem with tying up my order and payment but failed to let me know .So if I had not phoned we would not have got our order.

I do apologise about the payment difficulties for order number 1714258. I can confirm that, due to a technical error, there were problems in attaching the payment to the order. This, in turn, led to a late dispatch of the item, as the payment method remained unapproved.

Please note that this kind of problem is rare, and the majority of payments go through smoothly and without error. In an instance such as this, it is difficult for our team to pick up on the error, since the hitch in the IT processing means that the order has not registered as ready to be dispatched.

Rest assured that system issues such as this are something that are IT team are constantly seeking to eliminate.
