Ordered a beautiful Ralph Lauren design , was in stock at time of delivery. Received an email stating there was a extended lead time on my delivery week commencing 13 th december! Emailed back saying hope this was a typo and was meant 13th January as didn't really want to wait 11 months for my order. Also asked if could be delivered to my work address as was off work for the original scheduled delivery. Had a very nice apology stating was a typo, however no mention of delivery to my other address. So of course was delivered to my home address which I missed of course and had to re-schedule . A little grievance but my email should have been read properly and responded to !
