Its really good that you can find all your local takeaways and menus on this site, it really is an excellent concept that I have used for nearly a year. However I feel on several occasions the restaurant has let down the process by being slow to deliver/missed items. This isn't Just Eats fault, but I think that they should look at customer reviews from time to time and if they see restaurants under performing or getting constant negative reviews then they should be taken off the site.
My least favorite thing about JustEat is actually the website. It seems very sloppy, all over the place, some menus are ridiculously long and should be categorized. Some items require multiply choice and dont seem to be supported by the website, hence having to leave long notes in the notes section, it just feels really sloppy.
Overall it serves a purpose and the end result is food without hassle :-)
