OK so I was out when they came to deliver (popped out to buy a paper for ten minutes). Supplier said delivery would be Thursday but it came Tuesday. Could have been brilliant service! The card said they would deliver tomorrow but when I checked on line they said two days time. Am I supposed to wait in for two days from 7-9 for a £15.00 item which is not really urgent?
I tried to contact Yodel on the website....Forget it. Click on contact to re-schedule delivery and they have you going round in circles and never getting anywhere.
Couldn't find a way to send an email to them and after much searching, found a premium charge number, which I don't do.
I contacted the seller who has been helpful in organising delivery but I didn't need the aggro. Ordered so many thing by post and if I miss it, its just a walk round the corner. This is maddness personnified.
