I've used Wiggle for a over a year now and have ordered loads from them. I've always found them to be highly reliable, with a great range of products. Their returns policy is also great.
I have been trying to access my Orange email account for some weeks now. There is no way to actually get a contact n umber from the website - the links that promise to take you to your webmail don't work.
To top it all - when you DO finally get hold of someone, they state that the SMTP services are running before you even finish asking the question - how can they check that quickly ? Also - having worked in IT for over 20 years - I know how and DNS works - if it's not saying it's available ...it's not available.
Their web page is a disaster and looks like it has been designed by a child with no idea as to what it was actually FOR !
I was thinking (note past tense) of upgrading to them from O2 - but if this is the quality of their customer support, they can forget it.
Their so called 'help' web page is dreadful; it pretends to be an expert system but very quickly you realise that it's just an attempt to fob you off with some common Q and As. They don't seem to have an email address to Tech support either. Quite how anyone is supposed to get anything working I've no idea.
Also - trying to login to Orange webmail just takes you to an EE 'manage your account page'. I don't want to manage my account, I want to read me email !!!
I've used BoiljerJuice for a while now and have always found it trouble-free, reliable and quick. Quite often the oil arrives before the expected date.
They always provide a competitive price, very often beating anything any local suppliers can provide.
If you have a lock on your oil tank, they'll even email you (or get the supplier to) so you can unlock your tank.
If they can't deliver the full volume that you ordered e.g. because you over-estimated how much space you had in your tank - they'll refund your money automatically and very quickly and send you an email to confirm.
In short - great service.
Was getting tired of wading through all the various websites for other car hire companies and getting mystified with the variation in prices and service ; when I called FHC.
Got a really quick, simple explanation of the situation re: insurance, got a better deal then anywhere else and got the confirmation within minutes ! Seeing the reviews and high rating on the TrustPilot site was the final reassurance that I needed. Great service so far. The rest is (really) in the hands of the hire car company.
