We decided to cover a chair in our living room to match our nabru sofas. I ordered some additional fabric from nabru's website. I was charged £15 for delivery despite that fact that the parcel was delivered by the Royal Mail for £7.84. The company have refused my request for a refund of the excess amount. Their customer service has been inadequate & at times rude.
