Item purchased: Civilisation V (new)
Delivery: On time, perfect condition
Cost: Good (£17.85) - Cheapest I could find at the time
Payment transaction: No problems
Customer serivce: Couldn't comment as I didn't need them.
Overall: Satisfied customer - Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was because i was buying a computer game and its the first time i've used Zavvi.... it shouldn't be hard for a decent company to get this kind of thing a 100% right. Still i'd never used them before and I appreciated the reviews I read before spending my cash with them, so here's mine.
