Treated Poorly

I have read in some of the reviews that Half.com shouldn't be blamed for sellers not fulfilling their end of the bargain. I disagree - Half.com is responsible for setting up this marketplace. I ordered a book which was sent late by the seller. The seller never once responded to multiple inquiries about the book. It was shipped after my semester started. Half.com screwed up my return and now I am not only out the book, but also the money that I paid for the book.

I'm just going to buy books brand new from now on. This isn't the first time I've had problems with Half.com sellers. The hassle isn't worth the savings to me. You never know what kind of idiot you might be dealing with on the other end.
