Repaircare told me the part was on order and eventually after 8 weeks told me the part was not available from the manufacture. However I managed to get the required part from the manufacture on next day delivery and had a local appliance company fit it with the dishwasher back in service a week later. The repair though was time consuming and consequently more costly than the fixed price quote from Repaircare and I can only assume they fabricated a lie to avoid having to do the work.NEVER AGAIN
