Prompt online responses,representatives informative during telephone conversations, swift deliveries - what's not to be recommended?!
The level of courteous and professional service cannot be faulted once passengers commence the tour. My experience is that the same cannot be said for the Service Bureau in Victoria. Hopefully mine was a one off incident but as a frequent user ( 20+ tickets having been purchased for guests to the city in the last 8 months ) I was disappointed in the standard of customer service offered by the office in Buckingham Palace Road. This being said Don,based outside Victoria Station, was a star and his professionalism, politeness and coutesy is to be commended. This gentleman went a long way to restore my faith in Bigbustours. Had I only had to deal with this representative it would have been a 5 star experience.
This being taken in to consideration I would still say that probably the company provides the best insight into London sights and sites!
