First Class from start to finish.
I hadn't used Blackcircle before, but i'll definitely be using them again. I checked out the web site first which was very informative, but I prefer personal contact when i'm ordering things so I called the company instead. The sales adviser was brilliant - friendly, polite and extremely knowledgeable and best of all wasn't 'pushy'. The pricing was simple - price given included everything so there were no little hidden extras and was cheaper than others I had checked out. I was able to choose the garage and time and they confirmed all the details by email. The staff at the garage - Fast Fit, Kingston, were great. Their waiting room is warm, clean and comfortable and what's more I got to help myself to fresh tea and biscuits for free - definitely a welcome bonus on a freezing cold day. Would I recommend them to anyone else? Yes!

Not being a lover of internet shopping i was a little nervous when my son wanted to purchase his expensive birthday present on-line. Being a good parent i did my homework on the company before giving him the go-ahead. I needn't have worried - they were brilliant! The system checked out his chosen specification to confirm it would all work before allowing him to place his order and then we received emails informing us of each step his computer was going through.
However, because i hadn't read the delivery time properly, i hadn't realised it was given in working days which meant it wouldn't arrive in time for his birthday. I called Customer Services and asked if they could help speed up the process and the member of staff was extremely polite and very helpful. He said, he would do his best but couldn't guarantee anything but would at least try and get it to despatch the day before i needed it. Imagine how exited i was when i received notification that DHL would deliver it not 1, but 5 days before his birthday. The computer is 'awesome' and my son is extremely happy. My life is now so much more peaceful - thankyou pcspecialists :D :D
