I'm still waiting for a adequate response to a complaint email dated 16th September despite resending it a handful of times. Apparently the initial slow response for due to a technical issue that went unnoticed for several weeks?? When I finally got a reply from Ben Reitz offering a £15 softener I replied with further queries and as yet, I STILL have not had a reply. From reading various chat forums Currys obviously need to pull their finger out as their customer service at store level & head office is dire - do they actually care about customers? I don't think so
