I have used dabs.com a few times and have no complaints. I have never had to return anything so I cannot comment on RMA procedures and cusomer service (which I think is when you really see how good a company is). Four stars given because I don't know the 'quality' of the customer service.
I recently had cause to return an item that didn't work properly (I suspect a bad design having subsequently read other reviews of the item), but ebuyer were very quick to arrange a pick-up of the offending item and a full refund was granted as soon as it had been tested.
