Great Customer Service

I order an e-cig battery but the description didn't mention that it did not include the cable to charge it. Chloe, at e-puff customer service, was brilliant a agreed to let me order the cable with out paying any delivery charges as if I knew I would have ordered it together with the battery! Quick, Efficient and Flexible! I'll definitely use them again!
