I was a bit nervous at first ordering such an expensive item online , but the service I received was first class .
There was a slight problem with my ring when it arrived , but when I spoke to Clive , he told me to take it on holiday , enjoy it for a fortnight and they would alter it when I returned . They did exactly that and I now have an eternity ring to die for . It's gorgeous and the sparkle really can be seen across the room !!

I ordered a gas hob from Whitebox for delivery a week later . After a couple of days I got an email to say that the hob was out of stock and would I like to cancel the order or choose something else . While I was thinking about it I got a call from a lady who said that after all the hob WAS in statock but that I had missed my delivery date . Delivery was arranged for the following week - today 27th April . I got a text yesterday to say it would be delivered between 8am and 11am .As I had to be somewhere at 9am I asked my daughter to come over from her house 40 minutes away to take delivery .
At 8.50am I had a call from someone who asked what " finish " the hob was , wether or not there was access to my house and would I like to take out an extended warranty . I answered all the questions and the person then asked if I was sure I didnt need the warranty as it was only £3.50 . I said no and she then said the hob would be delivered next Wednesday ! I told her the position and she said that the hob " Must be broken or out of stock or something "
I rang Whitebox and ( eventually ) got through but they said it wasn't their fault it was the delivery people . Not good enough as my contrac was with Whitebox and not the delivery company .
I cancelled my order and they said I will get my money refunded in 24 - 48 hours . Odd , as on their website they say they dont take the money until the goods are delivered .We shall see
