Ankle brace ordered, thigh strap received three days later, easy mistake to make I suppose so I sent a polite email though the website to ask what process I need to take to rectify the problem. I recieved an automated response within 30 mins saying someone will get beack within 1 working day... nothing... 2.5 days later I sent another email asking for an update, automated reply received again within 30mins stating I would get a response within 24hrs... 3 days after that still nothing. Just poor customer service.
The automated email machine is however, doing a great job and deserves a pay rise!
