I ordered a single mattress for my grandaughters bed and have taken a day off work to wait for the "next day delivery"....... o shocks now ive read the reviews that it didnt come. But im still stuck without a mattress and the telephone numbers given are all answer phone messages. To date I've emailed them and phone each of the numbers for customer service, delivery dept, next day delivery and even the new orders line..... of course they answered but "couldnt help me as this only dealt with "new orders". I have even spoken to the online chat but just refered to another number..... so back to square one!!!!
This is completley shocking and I am disgusted at this company and there level of service. Im going to cancel the purchase on my credit card and contact watchdog.
