I have bought from Expansys several times in the past and would again, but on this occasion, I noticed that on the despatch notification, the wrong house number was on there. I emailed customer service (not wanting to pay out for the 0845 number for customer service - how about an 01 or 02 contact number?) to let them know, requesting them to contact the courier to correct the house number and get back to me asap. I heard nothing and got no email reply either. Lucky that the person down the street who got the item knew where I lived, or that would have been £20 down the drain. Poor customer service on this occasion: not good enough!
