Ordered a pair of hard drives Oct '12. Cancelled order 2 weeks later once they hadn't shown. No refund. Eventually they asked me to claim the money back from my bank (HSBC), blaming their card processing company. HSBC said no. Sent letters to the directors via recorded post. Was promised Cheque imminently. Wrote again threatening court action. Nothing. Started court action, they then paid up 4 weeks later.
Avoid at all costs.
