In December I flew to Lanzarote with Thompson from East Midlands Airport. The weather was bad in the UK but OK at East Midlands. Thompson decided to cancel the flight from EMA the following week for no obvious reason other than financial consideration.
I was allowed by Thompson staff to purchase seats with extra leg room when they knew the flight had been cancelled. We were consolidated onto a Manchester flight and arrived by bus at EMA 6hrs late.
No apology, no hot drink and 25 Euros out of pocket.
Never again will I fly with such a Company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
