I had to have my order manually inputted by Lisa (ext 7160) due to software glitches with online order. Lisa could not read her own company's catalog and mis-ordered the wrong items. Informed both Lisa and Ashley of incorrect order and to have it intercepted and returned. Took Supplement Whrse three weeks to fully cancel my erroneous order and return credit back to my card. Since I had to get my credit card issuer to intervene and by writing to the corporate headquarters about the multiple problems and poor attitude of Lisa and Ashley in resolving this matter; I get retaliation in the form of two attempted fraudulent purchase of Lufthansa airline tickets on the same card I used to order from Supplement Whrse.
This was the only online purchase ever attempted with this card, and this card has never been out of my possession since it has been issued. Only Supplement Whrse, specifically Lisa had all my credit card information (due to the manual input of my order), and billing info necessary to attempt a fraudulent transaction. Draw your own conclusions about the ethics of this company's employees, but either Lisa enacted this fraud attempt herself, or passed my credit card info onto a partner in crime.
