GREAT service

Great customer service. Items were delivered within two days of ordering - perfect. I am still evaluating the products. I would like to see the ingredients listed on the packaging of each item. Other than that I am very happy with

My delivery had not arrived one week after placing it, despite 'same day dispatch' promise

I was told by one person at MyProtein that my order had been dispatched on the same day I ordered. It was not. The data at MyProtein, for my order at least, was incorrect and inaccurate. To base customer service on incorrect and inaccurate data is pointless, because it makes already annoyed customers even more annoyed and disappointed.

I placed my order on Thursday 1st November at 13:45, 45 minutes before the 'same day dispatch' deadline. I expected, therefore, for my order to be dispatched on the same day.

I received an email from MyProtein five days after my order was placed telling me it had been dispatched. Ludicrously, the email said my order was expected to be delivered two days before I received the email telling me it had only just been dispatched!. As one week after I placed my order, I still do not have my order. Also, on the email I received telling me my order had been dispatched, I was told I could track my order with the tracking number provided. No tracking number was provided. Frankly the service and lack of and misinformation I have received from MyProtein on this occasion is poor.

I have been a customer for, I think, almost five years. I have had cause to complain only twice before in all of that time. That's not bad at all in my opinion. On this occasion though, I am less than impressed with the operational and customer service from MyProtein.

I don't expect to receive a delivery one week after an order is placed, when the My Protein website clearly states, 'order before 2pm for same day dispatch'.

Excellent customer care and service with concise and accurate feedback.

I had an issue with the product I received. I contacted Mr Memory via email. They responded within a few hours and wrote to me with concern and genuine interest in helping me resolve my issue. Their helpdesk operative was very good. They replaced the item I had ordered, and refunded me the difference in price between the original and replacement item. At all stages of the process, I was informed via email. I will definitely use Mr Memory again.

Tyre Shop

Good friendly service, but not perfect

Very friendly staff completed the work. The wheel balancing was very poor though, so I had to request that someone revisit me to re-balance the wheel. It took three days for someone to visit me to re-balance the wheels and they are still not perfect.
