I was, by no stretch of the imagination, expecting the Hilton. I have used Travelodge hotels many times over, yet I have never experienced such rude, unwilling, unhelpful, de-motivated staff. This experience was made worse by the poorly maintained room. Very poor.

Quick, efficient and reliable
As the review title suggests. Ordered replacement Bose earphone tips bank holiday Monday with standard delivery, they arrived Wednesday of the same week. I received emails throughout with updates.

Amazing Service
I ordered a pair of Oakley sunglasses on the Sunday between a bank holiday weekend. Bank holiday monday received a conformation email of my order, Tuesday I received an email confirming the sunglasses had been dispatched and Wednesday, as promised they arrived via FedEx. I would not hesitate using jamesandjames again. Fantastic!
