Poor customer services

I ordered a frameset from Fatbirds on the 24th of September this year having seen it on their website shown as being in stock and that delivery would be within 5 working days. For me, it's a major investment at £529. The fifth working day came and went and my frameset didn't arrive. There was no contact from Fatbirds to explain why, so I phoned them. I was told that the frameset wasn't actually in stock after all and that they were having to order it. They went on to say that I could expect delivery in mid October. It's now the 19th of October, no delivery and no explanation from Fatbirds. Not particularly impressed. It doesn't take a few moments to keep a customer updated especially when they're spending over £500. Without customers there would be no business. Still waiting for my purchase, still waiting for updates.
