They were out of stock of the item I ordered and it was a difficult item to get hold of, so they phoned me up to offer me an alternative item, I asked them to check there suppliers to see if they could restock the particular item which I had ordered. Which they did and sent me what I had ordered the following week, which I thought was quite professional of them.

This is a good company to do bussines with. Its prices were the cheapest I could find, its delivery was excellent (2 days) and it has a no quible returns policy. I wish all internet companys were this good.
