Ordered 2 radiators at night. The sales dept got back to me the next day to discuss delivery, and arranged the date. The freight company contacted me the day before to confirm, and was delivered the next day, without issue.
Overall a good experience and will be using them again.
I made the mistake of purchasing a welder, that wasn't required. When I tried to take it back the manager said it was discretionary whether they except it or not. It was still boxed up, but with the top open, which was done by the sales staff on purchase to check the goods. They would not have the unit back due to the box being open, even though they had opened it in the first place. So as the title says good products, but sold as seen, as the returns policy is just for faulty goods.
