In the end, the final product was great. My only concern was that my PC stayed in Pre-production for 11 working days but there was no communication to help let me know why it was taking as long as it did.
My housemate ordered a PC from you guys on the same day as me, and he got an email letting him know when his PC had reached all the other stages of the production process.
To begin with, I got one email saying my PC had been in "processing" for 5 - 6 working days, when actually by this time it had passed Processing and had been in pre-production for about 3 working days.
After emailing the support team about my concerns, they did reply telling me the status of my PC so I knew why it had taken so long in pre-production (turned out they were waiting for my case to arrive) and from then on I got all the correct emails at the correct time.
i was a bit disappointed with the service after paying over £1,100 for a PC, but it arrived in the end safe, sound and fully functional and that's mainly what matters! I am definitely happy with my PC!
