I purchased a bed with a saturday AM delivery. I waited in my flat until 8pm for the bed to arrive after being told that it was out for delivery. By 8pm I gave up and told the concierge to take delivery if the bed arrives. Needless to say it didn't and I ended up sleeping on a stone floor.
I phone multiple times during to day to find out what was happening and got no information. One girl tried to tell me the issue is between myself and the delivery company. I had to explain that my contract is with them and the delivery company are working on behalf of MatressNextDay.
I will be taking MatressNextDay to small claims court to recoup lost earnings as I will now have to take monday off to see if the bed shows up! Avoid using this company, they are liars and have no customer support.
I would suggest if you are serious about learning a new language that you look at free tools like Duolingo and Memrise. Spend the money you would have spent on Rosettastone on private tuition from sites like iTalkie.
