Just bought an AOC I2757FH 27" computer monitor and found Ballicom had the most competitive price around. Bought and paid for next day delivery and it arrived to my work address nice and early the following morning. I did call their sales team and they answered the phone quickly and soon answered my query about whether they'd deliver to my work address (which they did)
The whole experience was pain free and I'll certainly look at using them again for furture purchases.
I phoned up to order a shower thermostat and Showerdoctor suggested I double checked what was in my Bristan shower before ordering. I'm glad I did because Bristan changed parts without making any reference on their site so I would have ordered the wrong item!
Once items was double checked I ordered online and received the next working day via Parcelforce.
Excellent service, good price (cheaper than direct from the maker) and fast delivery.... oh and now we have a shower that works once again!!! hooray!
Other than when some of their staff strike (and they don't know how lucky they are compared to all other airlines) BA seem to get things right most of the time.
Sure they've cut back a few treats and niceties but they generally deliver.
Now if only they did some more realistic upgrade options for us poor fold that travel in coach, I mean 'world traveller'
It's not new, Amazon are renowned at being one of the best for online retailing and I've had no issues with them.
Refunds and returns have been a breeze with none of the nonsense you get from many other companies.
It doesn't get much better than this.
I've used Easyspace for years and they've got increasingly more expensive compared to many other companies out there.
Service is pretty reliable for my little sites and no real issues to speak of.... but they don't seem to offer anything that can't be had elsewhere for a lot less money.
I've been with TSOHosts for a while now and very happy with the service and prices.
I've set up a couple of websites for myself and family and have emailed their support on tow occasions and got nearly instant replies and one of those was when I couldn't sleep and emailed them at midnight at the weekend and was amazed that I got a reply litterally minutes later.
Lots of features are included and prices seem fair.... no issues at all and would recommend to others,

I've been with Plusenet for about 18 months and have had an excellent service throughout. Initially a very fast new connection was setup (within 5 days of signup) and consistent speeds of around 5 to 5.5mbps and I'm in a small village and so no one can get much more than than unless they live next door to the phone exchange and then they get 6mbps!
The service is reliable and I can only remember one evening in the last 18 months where there was an outage of a couple of hours due to BT infrastucture fault.
Customer service on the 2 occasions I've called have answered quickly and helpfully and in the UK so you can hear them as they clearly use half decent phones unlike all other call centres outside the UK.
The have referrals too and I recently got 3 months free internet for signing up a family member which was a welcome surprise!
I hope nothing changes as I hate having to change ISP's.
I'll be honest, this review dates back to products I bought nearly a year ago from Bath Empire and it looks like they may well have improved the quality of the items I got so to be fair to them I give this 3 star review.
The shower tray I got was low qulaity fibreglass with metal support frame underneath with 4 feet, one was wonky and the whole tray flexed so it meant I couldn't have a shower with the wife as the weight made it flex too much and would not maintain a good seal against the tiles. Ok so not every tray is made for 2 but this tray flexed with just me standing on it and I'm 12 stone.
Shower mixer was poor quality with no wall fitting (they've changed this now) so I didn't have an easy way to fit to wall then plumb.
In the end I didn't use any of it and bought some branded (and BS stamped) products.
So £460 spent and I've flogged it all cheap via local ad to just get rid of it. There's a lesson here, pay peanuts and get monkeys.
