I ordered an item from bathshop 321 on 15th august received e mail confirmation on the same day. on the 16th august received e mail saying goods had been despatched. 5 days later phoned to enquire when would I be receiving goods that had been "despatched" only to be told they hadn't been despatched and weren,t going to be despatched because bathshop 321 didn,t have the goods in stock.
I,ve found Bathshop 321 to be inept and incompetent. Why send an email stating goods have been despatched ?
Never again will bathstore 321 be used by myself and I certainly won't recommend to any one else.
