The title sums it up.
Their website is okay, although the range of stuff on sale can make searching a bit long winded. Their main page is a real mess.
I've phoned up to get advice and they usually get it right. Have been passed around a bit on occasion, but we normally get there in the end.

Seems that I'm blasting a few reviews out tonight...
If you want advice you have to go to Printerbase. Pricing is always good so no complaints there. They don't try to compete with every one-man-band online store but if you want "cheap as chips" don't expect too much. I've had bad experiences online and later found out that I've bought from some bloke running a business from his garden shed even though the website made it look like one of the largest online shops in the UK. Not sure how you can weed out the good from the bad, which is why I just stick with the companies I've had good experiece with. My advice: if you want quality advice and service pay the extra few quid!
The guru at Printerbase is a chap called Nick Simpson and if you're looking for a helping hand give him a call. He can be quite difficult to get hold of because he's one of the manager's but if you're not sure what to opt for then ask for him. I'm sure the other staff give great advice but I only talk to them to place an order for cartridges. That's just me!
I remember speaking to Sue in Customer Services when we had the huge snow fall in December 2010. She wasn't able to do much because the whole country was at a standstill but she made me feel warm and fuzzy so 5 stars to her! Luckily, I forward plan and have spares on the shelf so wasn't worried. Sue kept me informed regarding the progress of the delivery and it did eventually turn up.
Great job!

Sometimes I have issues but who doesn't with mobiles. The main thing is I can always get through to someone that can help (and most even speak English, which is another great quality).
My bills are usually fine and when I do moan about one they normally agree to credit it (sometimes even if it's been my fault).
To make me give 5 stars my wish is for Orange to be the first mobile carrier to make 0800 free (again) and 0845 included in the bundled minutes.
I've been with Orange for 15 years and don't think I'll ever move providers (but don't tell them cos I want a good renewal offer).

I use Argos all the time. They have shops all over and most stuff is in stock. If you already know what you want then as the saying goes
"Don't Shop For It, Argos It"
Haha!
