My boyfriend and I bought tickets through your site for Micky Flanagan (19th Oct at he O2) back in June. We planned to travel up from Hampshire to London and make a day of it. On arrival at Stratford we suddenly noticed to our dismay that the tickets were missing, lost or stolen somewhere on our journey up to London. We called your customer service line to hear, disappointingly, nothing could be done. As the tickets were bought from a third party apparently there was no way of sending an E-Ticket. We asked if there was anyway you could make contact with the seller to see if they could forward an E-ticket on but we informed that this was not possible. We spent the day very down and frustrated. On the way home we decided to go to the O2 to see if anyone there would be more accommodating. The ticket office and security guards were very helpful, but ultimately in the end we had to buy two more tickets (at £35 each). We had originally bought VIP tickets which were £60 each, the tickets bought on the day were for seats on the very top tier and not next to one another. Once within the O2 we spoke to Customer Information and they were not able to take us to our VIP seats, despite having an email confirming the purchase, as they did not have a seat number on! In the end we got to enjoy Micky Flanagan but we will not be buying tickets through your site again, nor will we recommend your site. We hope in the future you develop a contingency plan for situations like this in order to avoid any disappointment.
