I have been deceived into a contract phone suitable for use in UK and Europe. Funny thing it is locked for Europe and they will not turn it on for 3 months AND want £150 deposit.
I cannot get any customer service from them they must be dead.
The phone shop were not aware of this situation so who is to blame?
