I placed a large order which was delayed without explanation and when it arrived two of the items were cheaper versions of what I ordered and one item was missing. The goggles were out of the packaging and may have easily been crushed. On my initial inquiry a customer service representative stated that they would send me a returns label for free postage however this did not appear only on a further inquiry did I get satisfaction, the gentleman was extremely helpful.

We pride ourselves on the high level of customer service we offer our customers and I am sorry that you feel we have disappointed you on this occasion.

Please once again accept my apologies for the mistake that was made when shipping your order. We have indeed spoken with you a number of times and when I spoke with you yesterday I mentioned that if you send me an email explaining which incorrect items you received and which items we failed to deliver at all we will be happy to immediately dispatch the correct items for you.

I fully appreciate the fact that you contacted us with this issue. Customer service is our number one priority and we aim to provide excellent service all the time, even is difficult situations. I assure you that we will have your order resolved as well. For that all we need to know is which items were sent in error and which we did not deliver.
